Clover High School is a public high school, located in Clover, South Carolina, about 27 miles (43 km) from Charlotte, North Carolina. It is the only high school in the Clover School District and has a 2009-2010 estimated student population of 1,900. As of the 2010-2011 school year, the principal is Mark Hopkins.

The Clover High FIRST robotics program, Team 1539, won the 2007 Peachtree Regional held in Duluth, Georgia, as well as the 2005 Rookie All-Star award and 2005 GM Industrial Design Award at the 2005 Peachtree Regional in Duluth, Georgia.
The Clover High choral program, known as the "Choraliers", has won five consecutive state championships (2009, 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005) in the South Carolina high school choral championships. In 2010, the Choraliers placed second in the state and in 2011 the Choraliers once again won the state championship winning 297 points out of the 300 points. The Choraliers' spring and winter concerts are popular area events that attract over 3,000 people each season.
The band program at Clover High School has experienced significant success over the past few years. The Symphonic band received straight superiors at concert festival in the hardest classification of music since 2003. The Concert Band has also received superiors in concert festival. For the 2008-2009 school year, Clover expanded to three concert groups due to growing numbers.. Clover has won the Outstanding Performance Award (one of the most prestigious awards in the state) every year since 2001.
On October 27, 2007, the Clover High School Marching Band won their first 4A state title with a show program entitled "Antithesis". This was their first state championship in nearly 25 years. The band also received first place in upperstate, first place in class and overall grand champions at both the Boiling Springs Festival of Bands, and the Rock Hill Olde English Festival of Bands. They were crowned reserve Grand Champions (2nd place overall) at the WCU tournament of champions. The marching band is a regular contender for the state title, and has been in the top 4 in the state for 8 of the past 9 years.
The Indoor Drumline at Clover was formed during the 2006 season, and during its first year of existence went undefeated in the class. The drumline performs as a member of the CIPA circuit. On March 7, 2009 the drumline received 2nd place at the Spartanburg WGI regional, and on March 5t, 2011, the group won its class for the first time. Drumlines from Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina were in attendance. On March 21, 2009, the Indoor drumline won their second state title. The newly formed concert percussion group and the Clover Varsity Winterguard won the state titles as well. The indoor percussion group will be travelling to Dayton, Ohio for the WGI World Championships in 2011.
In sports, Clover High School athletes compete in Region III-AAAA. For the 2010-2012 seasons, the following schools are part of the region:
Clover's arch rival is the York Comprehensive High School Cougars. Their rivalry is one of the oldest in South Carolina sports.
The Clover High School girls' tennis team won the 2004 AAA State Championship.
In 2007 the Clover football team won the South Carolina AAAA Division II State Championship, their first football state championship, against the Beaufort Eagles at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia, South Carolina.
